Let's find a position that feels at least okay and if possible really nice for the next couple of minutes.

Lying down or stretching your legs up the wall or sitting wherever.

Please do what feels good.

Once you're there, consciously relax your shoulders and your jaw.

Sometimes it can feel like everything is an emergency, but I promise right now you are exactly where you're supposed to be.

So draw a deep breath in through your nose and sigh through your mouth.

Again, fill it up.

And release.

So just natural breathing through the nose if you can. You're welcome to close your eyes if that feels okay.

The brain is used to being able to kind of run the show, but just drop back into your body.
