1:33.0

Oh my gosh, this is going to be really fun. This was like a wild episode. I think we were talking a little bit before we started recording about the fact that we both feel kind of re energized by the fact that there are two bachelor's like this is it's kind of mixing up the structure of the

1:51.0

bachelor at in a way that feels fun. Absolutely. I think that I mean dating me all these shows I love them. I honestly I love them. I watch quite a few of them and I'll give any pretty much any of them a chance if I have the time.

2:09.0

But I and I'm not necessarily I wouldn't call myself a member of the bachelor nation. I think that that's like a really hallowed title that requires a lot of dedication and hours that I haven't put into every season to be honest most seasons.

2:24.0

But I've seen enough to understand like you know how the show works and and like what sort of like the the ebbs and flows of the seasons are. But I know enough to know that the bachelor in the bachelor or like the DNA of pretty much every like dating or dating to marriage reality TV show that's out on any network at least in the United States.

2:44.0

Yes, like all of these shows are essentially in conversation in some way. Absolutely with the bachelor and the bachelor. Absolutely. And so I I as much as I respect that I have found that sometimes watching the show I get lost with the lack sometimes of dynamism.

3:04.0

And the bachelor of the bachelor have to have to have to you know it's a pretty stayed franchise and they have beats that they follow and that they have to follow and that the viewers are expecting and it keeps things consistent.

3:17.0

But I really have been just delighted by how invigorating it's been to have two bachelor's like it's a perfect way to keep things on the same consistent track that like the bachelor nation bachelor bachelor nation love.

3:34.0

But be able to shake things up enough that like I I genuinely have found myself not knowing what's going to happen next, which I think is difficult sometimes on these shows.

3:44.0

Oh, I completely agree. I think that that is like a perfect assessment. And so let's just get into this week's episode because it was kind of a genuinely wild ride and I I'm just like officially hooked into the season after being like really needing that big long break that we got like I was starting to really fade and now I'm like Gabby Rachel. I just want the best for both of them.

4:08.0

I really so I really thought you're like I've watched two episodes and I'm like, oh, well, they be okay. That's how they get you. So we open with Gabby and Rachel having just a nice check in at their mountain top mansion discussing like the craziness of canceling the first row ceremony. I mean these gals are wild. What will they do next?

4:35.0

There are also now 29 dudes like there are literally not enough beds for them. I love that. I love that you love this. Yeah, I mean it's like well I mean I something I did not I don't know why it suddenly clicked with me for the first time. But this is like the I don't know maybe it's because of the sort of like

4:55.0

that because there's two of them and they can sort of like their energy can play off of each other. Yes, I think that typically like I don't put it like a lot of bachelor's and bachelor's to at this point in time when there's so many people to choose from there. I feel like when they only have themselves to play off of their whole

5:12.0

stick is like I'm overwhelmed. I don't know what to do, which is more believable later in the season when they actually have attachments to some of these people. But I'm like, you don't know what to do with someone they meet fault now we're going to get smell later. But I'm like, you really don't know what to do with you know a guy who shows up in a chicken suit on the first night. Like you don't know what to do. But I think it's what's so great is like having the two of them together. They are like sort of like co-conspirators and they're both really excited about the fact that there's so many got to choose from.

5:41.0

Their energy is like very infectious and you also you get greater humor. I think when you see the two of them interacting and this conversation is hilarious because it is literally like intercut with shots of the dudes in the mansion like sleeping on outdoor couches and just like guzzling raw eggs like Gaston play.
