I don't know about you, but I run when there's a lot going on in the

world, in my head, out in the world, whatever the case may be, running to me. It may not solve all

the problems, but man, it allows me to deal with them. And I'm a runner who doesn't think when I run.

I run and it clears my head. I hope you're one of those runners too, although I'm

filling your head right now, so I appreciate that. You've trusted me to be the voice in your head. There's a quote I want to give you as you start your run. Ronda Haven said, I've learned that it's what you do with the miles rather than how many you've run. It's true. Take advantage of each and every mile.
