Hey, so Mandy's off the stew. Hopefully she's dropping that baby as we speak instead of dropping

that like us hot. But you don't argue her Mandy. She aren't here just Mandy doing all the

things because Mandy can't never sit still. I'm sure Mandy's like in literally, I don't

even know, painting the house or something like that because Mandy is a busy body. But

we're going to get Mandy the rest child, but I got you. We have great questions today.

We got a money question. We have a business question. I wonder which I should do first.

You know what? Last time I did the money question first and the business question second,

we're going to flip the script. Okay. So the first question comes from my mentor group.

So y'all know that I mentor young women, especially black women and business. Well, not young,

young in business. So you could be, you know, 10 or you could be 110, but like a new

the things that comes up again from my mentees is about, hmm, about last time I checked

maybe like a thousand 1100 mentees. One of the things that comes up over and over and

over a question that comes up is Tiffany, if I like when I'm ready to hire, how do I

go about doing so? Like how do I know who to hire first, second, third? How do I go

about hiring? So come into the room, the mentee room. So let's talk about hiring and the

they ought to hire like an admin first, which kind of makes sense, right? You're like,
