turn of it. I'm to talk a little bit about plant medicine, Iowasca, my

experience with the medicine, but before we do I want to address some misconceptions and also some ground rules and maybe even what you would call personal advice

Whenever I mention my experience with plant, I change the dates obviously.

People often ask me where to do Iowasca or who to do it with,

and I would just say that you should think about boundaries and ask if that's

an appropriate question to ask me on the internet, right? Just think through

that for a minute, right? Think through that one for a minute.

That's maybe some emotional work you need to do with yourself before you do the spiritual work. Just keep some of those things in mind and

again dates and names have been changed to protect the innocent.

Anyhow, I got into Iowasker or thought about Iowasker for the first time when I would watch a

podcast called London Real and we're going to talk about we're going to

beander a little bit because it comes full circle and I think that that's whether

it's a coincidence or synchronicity or the universe, a law of attraction, I don't really know, but I like stories that have a nice full circle effect to them. I was incapacitated in bed.
