I am having the inverse of a midlife crisis and I thought that'd be a fun thing to talk about because we hear a lot about a midlife crisis.

We've seen a lot of data and you can go find it yourself about the the happiness slope for men

so men are most happy when they're young and when they're old and there's a lot of theories about that.

The idea is when you were, say, 18 to 30, 18 to 35,

you feel like the world is full of unlimited possibilities.

You also have more tests faster on and we'll talk about that later.

And then when you hit 65, you're grateful every day to wake up. You're actually

happier at 65 than you are at 45 because when you're 45 to 55 a number of things happen.

The roosts come home to ro biologically, they come home to roost psychologically.

So the dead zone for men and actually the greatest risk of male suicide

is when they're in their teenage years

because your brain's not fully developed and then when they hit

middle age which I'm happy to say that I'm middle age. I never I never had a dirty 30 party
