Mortgage Collaborative. You're a CEO for a mortgage company. And dude, you're just a really,

really super smart guy. And somebody asked me a question the other day. And dude, you're just a really, really super smart guy. And somebody asked me a question

the other day. And I thought, you know, I need some help on this one. And your name popped in

mind. So, Owen, great to see you, brother. Thank you. And I appreciate that introduction, Carl.

Yeah, I hear you, brother. I hear you. Hey, so here's the question I wanted to help with today.

So I, and you know, I've, I always kind of shy away from this topic. And I don't know that I've done people any favors by doing that.

And the topic is I'm thinking about changing companies or what actually happened here is I had a couple people, hey, I've changed companies.

Oh my God, I think I've made a mistake.

And I always try to stay away from this, right?

Because I want to be respectful for the people that share this with their loan officers. And, you know, I'm grateful for that. And I always want to be cool. But then I started thinking, you know, and actually, I think you're the one that shared me these numbers. If I remember, right, it was either you or Kevin. 44% of all loan officers changed companies last year. 44%, right?

That's right.

So that's such a big number to avoid this topic,

isn't doing anybody any favors,

that like if I'm thinking about changing a company or,

like if you've already changed a company,
