Kyle himself. How you doing, Captain? What's up, brother? Great to see you, man. We got a good

topic today, man. I'm excited to have a conversation. It's a big one. I like this too. And boy,

0:50.0

it's probably, I've never seen it more prevalent than what it is today.

0:55.0

And it's that big, nasty, gnarly animal that we call burn out.

1:00.9

Burn out.

1:01.8

And boy, have I been there?

1:04.5

Yeah.

1:05.8

I've been there more than once.

1:07.7

And I've been there more than once and more than one career.

1:10.6

You know, so I find, you know, it's funny, Steve, that when, like, when everything's smooth sailing, burnout is less than issue, you know, when people are throwing us thousands of dollars, and it's like, everywhere we turn, it's like, dude, could you stop throwing all this money at me? Yeah. I got, now I got to take this willbarrel to the bank and try to deposit it. And, you know, my, my- So inconvenient. My hands tired from signing all the checks. Please stop it. Right. Burnouts, like, when we're highly rewarded each and every time we do an activity, yeah, burnout's a little less.. Burnout happens when we're, you know, we're doing an

1:45.2

activity and maybe not seeing the results that we want and, and we get a little disenchanted,

1:50.6

just a little dishearted. That's where burnout comes. So I thought we'd talk a little bit about

1:54.8

burnout and ways to avoid it. Or once you're in that funk, how do you get rid of the burnout? So I thought that's what would spend a little bit of time talking about. Man, I love that. And what a great topic because you do hear that more and more. You know, one of the things I was just thinking about, if you end the day and you say, man, I hate this. There's something wrong. And, you know, it's not something wrong with you. Oftentimes, Carl, people just don't know there's a better way. You know, when you're every day you go home and you're like, man, this is the worst. It was, it was interesting. I was talking with somebody yesterday, Joel. And we were talking. He said, man, I get a little discouraged. I said, but he just closed volume that was his best,

2:36.6

like he made a ton of money, Carl. And I said, well, listen, where else are you going to go to

2:41.7

make and have an unlimited ceiling in revenue? Let's talk about what you're doing that you hate.

2:48.4

And let's figure out a solution because, man, the results are starting to come. And we just systematically began to remove things that, look, if you wake up at the every, every day and you say, man, I hate it. I hate what I do. I'm not any good at it. I don't like it. However, there's good results. There's got to be solutions. And I think burnout comes from that, doing what you're not really created to do. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, man. You know, it's, I think that's, you know, well, it comes from a lot of different areas. I think, I think the place it really comes, which goes right in tune to what you're saying, is when I'm not getting results Because again, I've never heard somebody, I've never heard, you know, I always got to, I think everything in NASCAR, you know, and I've never seen somebody in the, in the winter circle. They just won the race. And they go, you know what? I'm just burned out. I hate this stuff.

3:42.1

Yeah, yeah. Right. No, they're on cloud nine, man. They're, they're celebrating and the champagne
