Hi, Carl. How are you doing? So I'm broadcasting here in the secret headquarters somewhere

in an undisclosed location here in the Tampa Bay area. Where are you at, Kristen? I am about 40 minutes outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. What a great place to live. It is. It is. It is. A great place to live. Hey, if you're wanting to know, gosh, what do I do first? I get all these ideas, what I do first. You're at the right place because that's what we're going to talk about today. And I'm going to share one of my secret weapons that I've used for a long, long time that helps me decide what to do next. By the way, did I ever tell you about the first time I went to Philadelphia? No, I don't think so. I might not share this with you. So, so I show up in Philadelphia and just by chance,

it's, it's New Year's Day, right? So I went to New Year's Eve in New York,

first time ever. And then I'm on my way home and stopped off in Philadelphia and New Year's Day. And we saw those

a big parade. And I went, huh, I'll sit and watch it. So I chanced upon the Mummers Parade.

Oh, boy. And for somebody that's not familiar with the Mummers Parade, it's literally all day

long. Like it's all day. It starts in the morning, ends at night. Like it's all day. And I kept asking, going on asking, what's a mummer? And everybody would just laugh. You don't know what a mummer is. And it'd laugh. And it was like, whatever. But anyway, that was my first exposure to Philadelphia. And I absolutely fell in love with the play. So I love colorful people.

And boy, that's a colorful crowd.

They're laughing because they don't know either.

That's what I found out.
