United States looks to be the first of several alliances against the PRC. Henry, you have reservations

with regard to August. And truth and advertising, my wife has an Australian passport, and she worked

for the Foreign Minister, former Foreign Minister for many, many years. So, our ties with the

Australians are deep and sympathetic. Therefore, we're very sympathetic to August. The concern

that NPEC put some light on is that which has been articulated by the former commander of the

seventh American fleet based in Tokyo, Admiral Thomas, and a former deputy assistant secretary

Mark Dumsinger, who knows great deal about air warfare. What these two men did recently

and took gathering, which is available on the Internet, is explained that the submarines

are an extremely expensive and logistically complex way to project very little firepower

above the surface of the ocean, and that it may be that just as Australia pulled out of the
