We're obviously here for the Democratic National Convention, a different one than we thought we were going to have a few weeks ago.

Tonight, President Joe Biden's going to speak.

He is going to make the case for his vice president, Kamala Harris, and her presidential

campaign. What I've been told is that he is going to vociferously try to call everyone to

action to get behind Vice President Harris. And he's going to do that by talking about the things they did together.

He has for years called her a partner in the White House. And now that kind of moniker is going to be

probably a good thing for some folks and also bad for others. So we're going to see President Biden

out in doing that tonight. He is the headliner. And now joining me to give a preview of

what to expect this week and also how the DNC in Chicago have been prepping is our very own

Chez-Cappas, Illinois playbook author and someone who lives here, writes about Chicago all the time.
