The White House Caves on an eviction moratorium, what Nancy Pelosi did behind the scenes.

Let's get into the mix. So just as a point

of reference, the House left town last week without passing an extension to the eviction

moratorium. This eviction moratorium was put in place by Donald Trump and Congress last year,

and it expired a couple days ago on Saturday.

And the Supreme Court ruled basically suggested that if the government wanted to extend the

eviction moratorium, Congress needed to do so.

This couldn't be done by executive action.

So the House left town, Speaker Dancy Pelosi said the administration had to deal with it.

And Cory Bush and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, two Democrats, Bush of Missouri, AOC of New York, obviously, Mondair Jones of New York, basically slept on the stairs of the Capitol.
