conversation recorded alive in Sedona Arizona after a call it a men's retreat I guess you call it men's

gathering something like that I have a little resistance around that term for

some reason but a bunch of dudes interesting fellows came together from Aubrey Marcus, the boss man CEO of Onit, was leading the pack, brought a bunch of interesting heads together and we spent like five days or so did all sorts

of great stuff. We did breath work and we did sweat lodges and all sorts of ceremonial

things. Really great.
