A former IRS officer was found guilty of conspiring with his opair to kill his wife and a stranger.

40-year-old Brendan Banfield was convicted of two counts of aggravated murder and other charges after testimony from Banfield himself and his 25-year-old Brazilian opair, Juliana Magaliers, with whom he was having an affair.

Prosecutors say Banfield lured Joseph Ryan to the family's Virginia home with the promise of a violent

sexual role play after posing as his wife Christine on a fetish website.

When Ryan arrived, prosecutors say Banfield shot him and then stabbed his wife,

staging the scene to look like he had come to his wife's aide with Ryan as the fall guy.

I think that he was obviously hoping for a life with Juliana,

and he didn't see a way to accomplish that without executing his wife.

That's prosecutor Jenna Sands.

Magal Yeas pleaded guilty to manslaughter in exchange for testimony.

Banfield could face life in prison when he sentenced May 8th.
