There is a trade skill training facility offering free courses to help Houstonians get jobs

It opened last year

300 young folks have taken part in free courses at TXXLabs.

Lots of them have landed jobs.

J.P. Morgan Chase has invested more than $3 million in the facility.

Their CEO, Jamie Diamond, says not teaching kids trade schools in grade school is keeping some

from life-changing opportunities and this is true.

There are 40, nearly 40 private and public partners that have come together to help train, educate, and get

Houstonians jobs. It's something J.B. Morgan Chase's CEO says more schools should do

because these skills can change generations.

The glow from the flame isn't the only thing burning inside TXRX labs in Houston, East End.

The student's future is on fire too.
