That's a, uh, when is that?

That's a Sunday and that's about three weeks from now and so that's a going to be at New York Insight and it'll be from 10 to 4 and there's lots of,

I made sure that they made it available for a really inexpensive price.

So if you'd like to go, the whole day is like, I think, 40 or $50. So everything I do I negotiate to make sure

that everybody can afford it.

And then at the end of September and at the end of October I'll be leading two retreats upstate.

The September one will be at Garrison Institute and the October one will be at Wandaarma which is up in

the beyond Duchess it's right near Hudson New York like about 10 minutes from Hudson, New York, and that's a really great location.

So is Garrison, they're both like great three-day retreats where you can do a lot of hiking and there's a lot of teaching

and a lot of it's not it's not one of those just completely quiet meditation retreats so it's a good way to if you

haven't done a Buddhist retreat it's a good way to try one out.
