But the point is, we're talking about a threshold.

And what, so again, what that means is that the genocide slows down.

The siege remains in place.

Most of Gaza remains under occupation.

People are still going to be killed one or two or three at a time,

rather than 100 or 200 at a time.

But fundamentally, nothing on the ground actually shifts or changes as far as I can tell.
