give a shout out to the same Gabriel Valley. I'm in awe of the depth of food that they have here and the Asian food Chinese food.

Different kinds of Chinese food is extensive and it's just one of those things. If you get to LA, you really have to go deep here is

extraordinary and I am in awe of how amazing it is and I can't wait to go

physically dining these restaurants when it is allowable, but in the meantime, I wanted to give a shout out to so many restaurants, but I've been ordering from Yuc-de-Jang.

Not only does the SGV have amazing Chinese food, but it has pretty pretty damn good Korean food. They specialize in bosam, the traditional bosam with pork belly. They have great

Yuc-de-Jangs and manduk-uk and the bun-chon is very good. Check it out. I really appreciate the love and care they put into actually packaging the food. It is honestly, I think best in class for delivery and just again re-emphasizes to me how great Korean food is for this sort of

time period we're living in. It is very, very good for takeaway and carry out.

If you're closer on the east side in LA, you have Kobu House, which is like the OG for bosam, but it's just bosam in general traditional bosam, not the

pork shoulder stuff that we do at Sambar in New York, but traditional bosam is one hell of a dish to get delivery or takeaway.

I highly recommend you guys order it and if you have a Korean restaurant in your neighborhood or wherever you're listening to this, see if they order bosam.

I think it'll make you happy. It's a dish that people should eat more of because pork belly is just one of those things. I wanted to also say quickly check out I've been watching this show in Netflix. It's called Korean pork belly rhapsody.

Listen, I don't know if this shows for everybody. I'm enjoying it. They're doing weekly installments, not all at once, but check it out.

It tries to cover the Korean love of pork specifically pork belly. It's something we eat, maybe too much in the Chang household, but just wanted to give a shout out to the restaurants making bosam and the SGV area and Yookdejang.

It's a very, very good stuff and it's one of those dishes that is good just about everywhere. If you're in New York or any major city that has a Korean restaurant, I think you should check it out.

If you haven't had it before, it delivers very well. If you want to reheat your pork belly, just put in the microwave for a little bit, but check it out. If you haven't had it before, I think you're going to enjoy it.
