0:50.2	My question is, what are your thoughts and what are your opinions on Masonettes?
0:55.6	Now, to expand my by-to-let portfolio into diversify, I am looking for a freehold property,
1:02.8	but I also want a flat, not a house, because I want to avoid all the maintenance and, and
