So two years ago, Steve took the Weight and Wellness class series in North Oaks,

and that was our Weight and Wellness Center.

And before he started the class, his doctor said he would need to go on insulin because his blood sugars

were too high. So he didn't want to do that, you know. But also his triglycerite level was very high.

His cholesterol numbers were high. But after taking the weight and wellness class, changing his eating,

he no longer needed insulin. So that meant his blood sugars were down.

His triglycerites dropped dramatically. And his cholesterol slid into that normal range. Two years later now,

his numbers are still good. Awesome. So they he doesn't need insulin but you know what he

keeps coming back and taking classes every once in a while because he knows it keeps him on

track another thing that he does is he records his food choices all the time he learned that habit in the weight and wellness class because it keeps him focused.
