How do you overcome challenges? Very broad question. But your ability to overcome challenges is

what makes you a great entrepreneur? In the first place, we thrive on challenges, but I'm going

to give you the formula of how to do it. You are a young entrepreneur and there's challenges.

I'm going to assume, based on your question, that you're losing to these challenges.

So how can you overcome the challenges? Well, the first thing is, is you have to expect

challenges. In other words, they don't surprise you. Now, if you've ever played football,

the hit that hurt you the most was the one you didn't see coming. The blind side hit to the

quarterback or, you know, if you're playing wide receiver, you kind of look and then you get blind

sighted. It is the blind sighted hit that causes the most damage because you're not expecting it.

So in being an entrepreneur, first thing is you have to expect challenges.

Okay, next, you have to view them as just that. They're a challenge. I mean, it's something

that needs to be overcome. Those when you play football or you play a sport, you're not surprised

that you have an opposing team or a challenger. As a division one athlete, I wasn't surprised that

man, when the whistle blew, it was game on against another person. I expected the challenge.

Okay, so you have to view these as just a part of the equation.

Okay, I'm an entrepreneur. I expect these. These are not new to me. These are a part of the,

I expect it because I'm going to have them. They're the opposition. Okay, next is you need to know

that there is a payoff. Again, in sports, if you win, you get to stand on the podium.
