Thanks for listening. Thanks for tuning into this episode of Ask Dr. Kim. Today, our question

0:17.8

that we're going to be answering is, should you go to bed at the same time as your spouse?

0:22.9

What do you think, Dr. Kim, do you generally recommend that married couples go to bed together every night at the same time?

0:28.9

I do. I think there's something that seems to happen when you get that consistency. And I know

couples, I've got so many couples, and sometimes it's more difficult.

0:37.7

Sometimes their jobs just don't allow for that to do.

1:19.8

1:28.6

So that's one of the reasons I think we've been so consistent over the years of praying together is

1:32.5

because we go to it at the same time. We usually do a devotional or read something out of the Bible or

1:37.8

you version plan. And so that's kind of our time together in the evening to do that. And we would
