In order to get the most accurate FTP how much pressure do I have to put on the trainer against the tire and she has in parentheses

Okay, so on this question there's two things one if you're using a power meter

It doesn't matter how tight the pressure is all I kind of recommend is

Like what I do is I tighten down the rear tire and then I kind of use my hand and jerk it so that it doesn't slip because you don't want any

Slipage while you're riding and that's just annoying if you're using something called virtual power

Which is a trainer road product that turns your trainer into a power meter and what we do there is
