And in Ashley's case, two past guests independently told me that there's a lady in the

paleosphere who totally rocks, and I must reach out to her soon because we'd be really into

what the other person was up to.

So she came with high praise from some pretty cool people.

And soon after that, Ashley and I chatted, had a blast, and accidentally discovered that we

actually both went to Dartmouth, a teeny little college in Nowersville, New Hampshire, and have some mutual troublemaking friends. So it makes sense that we get

along so well, it's a small world, but I love how a passion for health brings like-minded folks

together. So a quick note, I want to apologize in advance. We had some crackliness that showed up
