Hello and welcome to Iway with Jimmy and Ijamil, a safe place for learning. I hope you're

0:07.3

well. I feel like shit. I, because I went out last night, I didn't drink and I got home

0:13.8

at like 11 or earlier even because I had the munchies and so I was out at this show,

0:20.2

the show was amazing. I was watching Beth Stelling who's been on this podcast before to stand

0:25.4

up with music from Monica Martin who's I think the best singer in the world now going to find

0:31.8

how I'm streaming apps or whatever you'd say about music streaming services. Anyway, kind

0:38.2

of halfway through the night, through realize that I was going to need lots of carbs really

0:44.1

soon. So ordered on like Uber Eats like a spaghetti bolognese and a pizza and just had

0:52.8

it delivered to my house for exactly 15 minutes after when the show would end so I would

0:57.7

have time to get home and it would all still be hot. This is how I, this is how I party.

1:09.5

had my spaghetti bolognese and my pizza and went to bed at a civilized time, no alcohol,

1:15.9

not said I didn't have anything else. And my god, I think it's just because I can't cope

1:21.9

with being outside anymore because I've been on like shows this whole pandemic, which

1:28.2

I'm very lucky for obviously. I've been so afraid of making anyone sick so I work with

1:32.3

like 200 people at a time. I didn't go out when the lockdown measures were lifted. And

1:37.5

so this is still like, I don't know, the third time I've gone out to a thing in the last

1:43.4

two years. And the sensory over, I don't know if you're feeling this, but so many sounds,

1:49.2

so many people, music playing, shoulder to shoulder with strangers, just strangers.

1:54.3

That's a lot to deal with. Caring up at the bar kind of just, it feels as though I'm

1:58.8

working on muscle memory, but my brain has no idea what the fuck is happening. It's

2:02.3

like I've never been out before. I feel like a complete extra to restrile. And it's
