in Belltown, which they hope to transform into an art space that also provides affordable

housing. What we hear now from the arts that we work with is that they want to work downtown,

they want to live in the city, but they're just being priced out. In a minute, we'll talk with Timothy Firth, the executive director of Common Area Maintenance
