Welcome, guys, the Man Talk Show. I'm Connor Biedon, and today we are going to be talking about

porn, how to quit porn for good today, no fap, which is no masturbation, and the sort of the

What I will talk about are the benefits of letting it go.

So first and foremost, you are probably going to see an increase in energy, an increase in focus

in a lot of studies and a lot of research. What they have found is that lots of exposure and

lots of watching pornography can actually impact your levels of depression. So you can actually

feel more depressed. You'll have increased anxieties.

You'll have increased susceptibility to ADD, which can cause you to lack focus. And you have a decrease in motivation for multiple reasons because most of the time what ends up happening

is that in our brains, our dopamine receptors just get

absolutely flooded while we're watching porn and we become sort of numbed out to those receptors.

So what we're going to talk about first and foremost is how this is a very real thing for a lot

of men. Now, just to prove that point to you, just to kind of like lay that out to you,

most boys nowadays will start actively searching out pornography at the age of 10 years old,

10 years old that will start actively searching out porn. So if you think about yourself at that age,

you know, probably coming around at that time where he wants to actively start looking for

that. I think about myself, when I started to get to that age, I was probably about 12 years old,
