But what it is, is that when you go to visit a website, right, you click on arseblock.com, for example,

and your ISP sends thousands of tiny little men down the internet to paint the website onto your monitor.

Then when you click off again, they paint another one, etc.

So they're very clever, these little men.

And what's happening is the little men are obviously on a work to rule or a strike or one of them got laid off

and they've all gone out in sympathy or they're looking for better terms and conditions.
