What's going on around the world? For our latest podcast, WOTR editor-in-chief Ryan Evans was joined by a great group to talk about Russia and its intervention in Syria, the Middle East more broadly, America's approach to foreign policy, the refugee crisis in Europe, the international economy, and Congress. Our guests were Justin Johnson of the Heritage Foundation, Denise Natali of the National Defense University, Bill Rosenau of CNA, and Erin Simpson of Caerus Associates.

0:49.6	So let's talk about the issue that seems to be dominating everyone, every sort of national security
0:57.5	wonk and Twitter feed is that Russia and Syria, Russia up the anti- Syria, flooded a lot more military equipment and
1:05.6	personnel into Syria in support of Assad and they are launching a new
1:11.2	counter-offensive with Russian air support Syrian Hezbollah troops on the
1:15.8	ground. What does this mean for the conflict? Does this make it more intractable or
1:20.6	does this mean that we might actually get people back to the peace tables?
