I am speaking today with Executive Coach Rodigika Obancha.

She is an MSTC, a mentor coach and executive coach, team coach, leaders of the coach and serial entrepreneur from Bucharest, Romania.

Before Rodigika entered the coaching industry, she was a professor of management at the Sephora Business School and HR manager within a retail company.

She started her own coaching practice in 2008 and served as vice president for European mentoring and coaching council in Romania.

Rodigika was vice president for two years before becoming the co-founder and chief solutions architect for a great HR's community.

An innovative projects platform for the mission to transform the Romanian-related environment.

In 2015, Rodigika founded leader Olegia and functioned a senior executive coach.

In 2020, Rodigika founded Vito-Armba.

A support system that provides services designed to help candidates and employees set their goals, be recommended in an employment market and stay connected with opportunities.

Rodigika achieved her MCC certification from the ICF in 2018.

Rodigika has a passion for creating space for relevant conversations and implementing small changes that can produce meaningful results.

Rodigika's success as a serial entrepreneur, her passion for coaching and their commitment to helping executives create high-performance teams are all reasons I wanted to have her here today on the podcast, so welcome, Rodigika.

Severin, I'm happy to be here with you.

I'm happy to be here with you as well, so I knew what we invited you to come on the podcast, you had your MCC and you're working and coaching.

Now, as I pondered more about your background in HR and particularly with talent, I am excited to talk to you today because those are a couple of areas particularly in talent that I have a keen interest in.

What do you think about this notion of the great resignation? Is it something that you're hearing at all in your community or is that just something here in the West?

There is a wave here also about in this direction, great resignation. Maybe it is inspired, I don't know, from great depression or something like this.
