I am speaking today with executive coach Peter Buchanan.

He is an award-winning executive coach, founder of Tech in Eastern Canada,

National Chair Director with Tech Canada, and President of Management Transitions.

Peter Buchanan has been an executive coach for more than 34 years with Tech Canada,

and is currently the National Director of Chair Development,

and member of their leadership team.

In 2008 and 2010, Peter was awarded the Chairman of the Year Award by Tech Canada.

In 2014, he received the Don Coupe Award, given only to one share a year worldwide.

Peter started his journey in executive coaching as the Senior Vice President of Extended Care Limited.

From there, he held several positions as partner Senior Consultant and Director of various companies.

He has also been a professor with the Royal Roads University,

where he designed and presented the original leadership residency for the MBA program there.

Today, Peter continues his executive coaching practice with Tech Canada,

and helps business leaders as President of Management Transition.
