I'm speaking today with executive coach, Gail Schaper Gordon. She is a vestige chair, known as an executive coach, a business psychologist, an organizational consultant, and experienced CEO.

Gail has 22 years of experience as a successful CEO and a business leader. She has found and run several successful small-to-mid market professional service companies, including ages, psychological corporation, behavioral health information management systems, and they were cornerstones of a behavioral health care delivery system of more than 500 mental health care providers with a quarter million individuals service.

She has received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of California, and her PhD in Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology.

Currently, Gail is a board member of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Committee, and a board member of the Pasadena Media, a nonprofit corporation that assists public service programming.

Currently, Gail is an organizational change consultant and business psychologist with win-win workplace solutions.

Here she designs and implements programs that meet the unique needs of her clients, helping them achieve and solve their problems and create their best future.

She has also been a part of this stitch for over 13 years.

She leads today, three peer advisory boards for executives, with revenues between 10 to 159,000.

In 2014, she was awarded the Chair Excellence Award for Abistage International, and in 2013, she was awarded the 28th Congressional District Woman of the Year by Adam Schiff, member of Congress.

Gail has a passion for helping business leaders strive for excellence and achieve their next level of success, with her massive success as an executive coach, CEO, Business Psychologist, and organizational consultant.
