In this episode, I speak with Master Coach Ron Merryman who is a CEO coach, master chair, 2020 Vistage Star Award recipient, and CEO of REDpoint International. Ron has nearly 20 years of experience in the display technology industry and he has pivoted from identifying Clarity of Vision as a business operator to helping others find Vision With Clarity. Starting in 1994, Ron functioned as a General Manager of InFocus and was responsible for moving the “company from Bankruptcy and $2.0 Million in annual losses to profitability... in less than 18 months.” During his time as Sr. VP Operations and Finance CFO with Clarity Visual Systems, the company grew from 8 million in revenue to nearly 70 million. Ron has successfully “led high-performance teams that have been recognized as ‘Best Companies to Work For’ and turned around two companies from bankruptcy. Now Ron is a Vistage Chair and invests his mindshare in helping others reach their full potentials and lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
