I'm speaking today with Executive Coach Garth Jet-Exson, who is a Vistach chair, master

and chair excellent award recipient. He's also a recipient of the Vistach Star Award,

and he's the owner of Jackson Business Management Services. Garth has been an executive coach

for over 14 years with Vistach International, Florida Business Management, and his company

Jackson's Business Management Services. Garth has been a virtual executive coach in facilitating

Florida Business Management Services since 2012. Prior to his career in executive coaching,

Garth was the CEO of the largest orthopedic and neurosurgical practice in Central Oregon.

After this, he transitioned to Palmer Homes, a $40 million Oregon Home Building Corporation

as President and CEO. Along with his current expertise in the executive coaching industry,

Garth is also a general manager that owns, manages and operates several properties throughout.

Court of Plata, Garth is also a general manager of the variety of properties that he owns and

manages at various resorts. He earned his MBA from the Harvard Business School with honors and

ambassadors of science and economics from the University of Oregon. Today, Garth continues his

coaching practice through Vistach International and Jackson Business Management Services. Garth

has vast amounts of experience in the management and real estate industry, and this makes him a great

source of inspiration for the Arctic Coach podcast, where we seek to explore the art and

science with executive coaching. Now, let me back up for a minute. I first learned about Garth when

I was going through Cherbuth Camp, and they talked about this extraordinary chair that was in Oregon
