I'm speaking today with Executive Coach Alan Houdy, who is a Vistage Best Practice Chair

and Master Chair with over 27 years of experience in Vistage Worldwide.

Currently, Alan leads five peer groups, made up of over 100 CEO,

C-level executives and emerging leaders in the greater St. Louis area.

Alan serves as Vistage's Best Practice Chair for Missouri and Kansas,

and he received the 2021 Chair Excellence Award, the 2011 Don Cope Award,

and the 2021 Master Chair Award, the 1999 Pat Hyman Award, and the Star Award every year

from 2010 through 2020.

Alan uses his immense skill and experience with Vistage to help up and coming Vistage chairs,

by the way, like myself, when I was in chair.

By serving as a Vistage Chair Trainer, his impact on others extends beyond Vistage and his

advisory services to companies such as ITR Economics, and the Great Economic Forecast,

if you haven't listened to it before, and PLM Companies.

Alan is also served as an advisory board member of the Institute for Trend Research

that focuses on economic forecasting. He also is served as the president and board member of

the Civic Entrepreneurs Organization from 2005 to 2006, and vice chairman for Operation

Food Search, a St. Louis top 20 charity. Alan has received his MBA from Washington University,

and has completed Vistage's Stanford Executive Leadership Program.
