Summary

This is episode 1031 of the Arete Coach Podcast with host Severin Sorensen and his guest Carol Steinberg, MBA.

In this episode, Carol Steinberg talks about the importance of non-judgment and the presumption of innocence in coaching. Carol is a Vistage Master Chair of six year’s where she facilitates six peer groups. In 2019 Carol was the STAR award winner (as a Top 20 Chair) and she also received Chair Excellence Awards in 2018 and 2019. Carol is a marketing maven, and her past experience demonstrates that she knows the who, what, when, and how to market online. For instance, for 17 years she worked in key marketing roles as the Chief Operating Officer of ShopHQ formerly known as ShopNBC, the “the third largest home shopping retailer.” This was a continuation of her former eCommerce experience with David’s Bridal and QVC (where she was the Director of Online Marketing and Business Development). With this experience, in 2015 Carol became a Certified Digital Prophet, where she provides “ecommerce consulting and advisory services.” There are many other corporate experiences in management and accounting that Carol has earned in her career, but you get the picture. Carol earned her MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, and today along with her Vistage work is President of CIK Consulting.
