I'm speaking today with Executive Coach Carol Steinberg, who is a Master Chair and Vistens Chair for some six years.

Carol earned her MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University,

and currently serves as a Master Chair and Vistens Chair hosting some six Vistens peer groups.

Carol received the 2019 Star Award and the 2020 Star Award being one of the top 20

chairs inside the system. She has also received Chair Excellence Awards in 2018 and 19.

Carol in her private practice is president of company called CIK Consulting LLC.

I have looked at Carol's background quite honored to have a chance to interview her.

I would describe her as being a marketing maven. Her past experience demonstrates she knows the

who, what, when, and how to market online. For instance, for 17 years she worked in the key

marketing roles as Chief Operating Officer of Shop HQ, formerly known as Shop NBC,

the third largest home shopping retailer. This was a continuation of her former e-commerce

experience with David's Bridal and the well-known QVC, where she was Director of Online Marketing

and Business Development. With this experience in 2015, Carol became a certified digital profit,

where she provides e-commerce consulting and advisory services. There are many other corporate

experiences in her management background including accounting that Carol has earned in a career,

but you get the picture she is a quintessential professional. With Carol's vast experience in

coaching, management, marketing, and e-commerce, I knew that she'd be a great addition to the

Coach podcast, where we explore the art and science of executive coaching. So welcome, Carol.
