Summary

Setting body goals has become a common practice in today's image-conscious society, with many individuals striving to achieve their "ideal" body. While this journey can be an amazing journey to endure, it is important to first examine whether these body goals are truly worth the effort and sacrifices they require. 

 

You know I'm all about helping you build the body you want. I'm here to educate you on how to finally see the results you've been wanting to see. But I'm not here to watch you do it in an unhealthy and unsustainable way. 

 

That's why I'm back with part 2 of "Are Your Body Goals Worth It?". Because here's the truth sister: Your body goals just might NOT be worth it. That's why in this bonus episode, I'm going to share the last 5 reasons for you to consider whether or not you should continue on the journey you're on, plus what I would recommend doing instead.

You need to stop chasing your body goals if you experience any of the following: 

 

  1. You are neglecting your relationships…
