I was on Instagram the other day looking at puppies and nail art and whatever, all kinds of stuff.

And I didn't realize how much time had passed.

And I started to feel kind of anxious, I guess, because I was having a good time looking at Instagram.

But then I realized how much time had really passed and it really

kind of freaked me out. So that's being said, I started to get a little tired and I put my phone

down to go to bed. I put it on my nightstand next to my bed. And oddly enough, because I can fall

asleep anywhere, but oddly enough, I wasn't able to fall asleep.

So after a while of being awake, I got my phone out and I started scrolling again, but I didn't feel any better.

I started to realize that what I had been taking in the whole day from social media is what was keeping me up at night. And I know it's hard

to stop scrolling or just keep switching between apps on your phone when it comes to social

media because it can be a very soothing behavior. And we as people are now used to repeating these behaviors

and just keep scrolling and keep scrolling. But for me, I decided, you know, this is a real

problem and I needed to do something about it.

I just want to drop it hello. Taking care of our minds is just as important as taking care of our bodies. But how do you even
