So I got a message from Kathy. And Kathy says, I've been walking for many years.

I work at a desk job and I get up every couple of hours to walk a lap in the hall.

Walking at work was one of those things that I became very intentional about when walking became my primary fitness activity I was doing

morning radio at the time and if you know anything about radio there's a control board and you sit in front of the

control board and in our case it was a music format formatted station and when the song was done

you turn the microphone on you would talk start the next song or the commercials turn the microphone off well I was not the one running the control board
