Summary

Limitless success begins when you minimize self-sabotaging behaviors

On the way home from a jam-packed spring break, I reflected on a time when I saw the world through a self-sabotaging mindset. Once upon a time, my self-sabotaging behaviors ran the show. Granted, this was before I became the CEO of The CEO Teacher® programs and, honestly, perhaps a little during the early years. But mostly, I wasn't even aware of my self-sabotaging worldview and tendencies. I believed myself (and my self worth) to be simply Kayse…the 8th grade ELA teacher and nothing more. To grow, something had to shift.

Stop self-sabotaging and start self-actualizing

Thankfully, friend, a lot has changed since then. And on today's show I'm sharing a clear path on how to find freedom from your negative thoughts (even if you are a positive person). Unfortunately, self-sabotage may not stop overnight. It will take time. And that's why I want you to get started right away. Ready to learn three strategies that'll minimize self-sabotaging behaviors and help you find more happiness than you ever knew possible? Then turn down the volume on the mental-noise and turn up the volume on this episode!

In this episode, you will learn:

  • Why self-awareness is the highest form of success and the best method to stop self-sabotage
  • How finding your internal happiness warriors will stop self-sabotaging behaviors
  • Why other people's opinion of you is none of your business
  • Why the opposite of self-sabotage is to believe in what you can achieve
  • Why your mind can conceive and create success

0:12.4

amazing to even say. And it feels so great to know that we were able to help so many teachers.

But we love some downtime after we have busy seasons. And so myself

0:22.7

and Tina took last week off and then our Integrator Alley and our graphic designer Jen,

they have this week off. So we've done a lot of R&R, but whenever you're off work, whenever you

try to get back in work mode, oh, just hard you know so i am on the struggle

bus trying to get all the things back together but so grateful for all of you for listening for all

of you new students and for just a little bit of time you know a little break to reset recharge

0:50.4

and be ready to give everything to our new students as we roll in to our inaction

two. I go live in the Facebook groups every Thursday night just to guide them and say, hey,

1:06.8

what's working? What are you struggling with? Are you feeling overwhelmed? Let's handhold and do this together

1:12.3

because so many online entrepreneurs, I hear them say things like you shouldn't hold hands up with

1:17.0

your students. You know, they have to do it for themselves. And I completely disagree. I'm a teacher at

heart. I absolutely love giving as much as I can to my students and being able to hold their hand, especially

1:28.1

in the very beginning stages of their journey. Because when I got started, there was no one here

1:32.9

here to hold my hand to give me a hug or even wipe my tears away. So I just want all of our

1:37.5

students to know that we are here for you. We want to see you through and make sure that this

is something that is going to last a lifetime. And speaking of that,

1:46.2

in order for you to create a sustainable lifelong business, you got to get really good at

learning how to stop self-savotaging your success. Here is one of my favorite self-sabotaging quotes.
