Okay, Danny, so last night I get home and when my kids is there and I knew that they wanted to share something but they said, I know you're busy so another time and I just felt I felt defeated at that moment it's like I am busy but I'm here for you it was really a hard

moment for me you might relate to that and I want to just offer some

encouragement today for you. Actually, Dr. Danny Werta is going to offer the encouragement.

what's that about why I've got the same thing with my daughter yeah

because dad I know you're busy.

I say, hey, why didn't you ask me that question?

You're really busy?

And I'm, what?

No, please, please interrupt whatever.

I want to answer these types of questions.

And what I found is that research has said that 66% of parents are

struggling with parental burnout at this point.

Just two-thirds of parents.

Not all of them. Some are on edge of parents, not all of them.

Some are on edge of that, right?

And it's physical and emotional exhaustion.

And those are big words, the exhaustion part.

They feel trapped and lonely and disconnected.

Imagine out of that trying to pour into kids that are needing you to guide them.

That is a lot.

And especially single parents.
