| 0:10.0 | and it's before you want to wake up, |
| 0:13.0 | and you try falling back asleep, |
| 0:16.0 | and you try even harder falling back asleep, and it just doesn't work. This morning was one of those |
| 0:23.1 | morning so I am up and I am out and I will likely finish this walk before the sunrise. |
| 0:31.6 | Abe and I were out walking recently, one of our evening walks, and I asked her a question, |

| 0:43.1 | She paused for a moment and quietly said, not really. |
| 0:48.9 | And if you have been listening to the podcast for a while, you know that my wife has been through some challenging |
| 0:57.0 | situations over the last several years. In May 2020, she's a runner, in May 2020, she ran an |
| 1:05.0 | ultra marathon, 50 miles in 12 hours. That was also the year we moved from Maryland to South Carolina. |
| 1:12.6 | And at the end of the year, a couple of days after Christmas, she was in an auto accident to put her in a wheelchair for a couple of months. |
| 1:19.6 | And all of that fitness capacity that she had built up that allowed her to run 50 miles was lost. |
| 1:29.3 | And then last year she started having some intestinal issues. |
| 1:35.3 | Those issues were not resolving and she had surgery. |
| 1:40.3 | And so once again, there's more recovery. |
| 1:45.0 | So now, five months post-surgery, she continues to rebuild her strength, |
| 1:52.0 | continues to rebuild the fitness capacity that she had lost from the surgery and from the illness. |

| 2:10.6 | been watching her it's becoming pretty clear to me that she's getting stronger and |
