chapter 16 as we continue through the Bible. You might say, well, Brett, what happened to Luke

chapter 15? That's what we're going to do today. I have a plan, and it's going to take a little work,

but let's do it. I want to go through chapter 15, and I think this is a good New Year's Eve Day

sort of thing to reflect on. So let's take a look at Luke 15. Luke chapter 15 deals with the topic

of that which is lost. Have you ever felt lost? There's so many different kinds of

lost. You know, there's the just feeling lost directionally. Some of you are directionally challenged

and you're refused to ask for directions so you end up lost. I see a few elbows flying as we

speak. But others, you know, there's different,

I remember the most lost I ever felt

was when I was a little kid, my family,

we were on a little trip.

I think it was somewhere in Southern Oregon,

like maybe between Brookings and Medford, somewhere.

And there was a foggy, foggy night.

It was crazy level fog.

And I remember my dad having to open the door of his driver's seat door and he had to put

a flashlight down to try to find the stripe on the pavement.

Like literally you couldn't see like three freed in front of you.

You say, that's unsafe.

Well, we knew that.

My dad knew that, but he was just trying to figure out how to get off the road and get out
