I want to know all the tea of what's going on in your life. I want you to unpack your childhood wounds. We're going to get into some weird conversations. We're going to have so much freaking fun. But also, I guarantee you this particular topic that we're going to talk about

in today's episode would come up because it's something that's on my mind, especially for us as

ambitious women. Often, you know, there's a lot of you that listen into this podcast that like me

are millennial women. And I've just noticed that a lot of how our ambition is shown in the world right now comes from this very proving energy.

And part of it is I think like that's how we were raised to like prove that we're capable, prove that we're worthy, prove that we've got what it takes, that we're relevant, prove that we're good moms, prove that motherhood didn't change us, right? Prove that we're capable of building

a business or like that the choice that we made was the right decision. But that proving energy

is really overwhelming. And I don't think that it always has us making the best choices if we're just coming from

wanting to prove ourselves to other people. Choosing feels lighter. Choosing feels like alignment.

Choosing feels like you're coming from a place of desire. So what if the season of your

life, it didn't have to be as much about proving and it
