I've been doing some at-home exercises, so I'm a little bit stiff when I'm raising my arms in salute of the start

of the show. I apologize for that, but you are very committed to the course. It's not just that the

arms are up in the air. I wish the viewers, the listeners could see it because it's the ferocity in which

the arms shoot up on the hello. It's like a thrust into, hello, here come my arms. I love it.

It becomes like, for me, it's a necessary thing because just saying, like, try sitting still with, like, good posture and then being, like, loudly energetic. It makes you be British. It makes me be a British aristocrat of, like, hello and good morning, like, versus like, hi. It's a different level of energy, I think. And maybe also a sign that I've been locked in a home with a small human for like two months.

Hey, happens to the best of us.

You don't want to get too British, by the way.
