Summary
Ever since we've been in quarantine due to the coronavirus, we've had to find a new way to do business. We've had to embrace virtual tools to allow us to continue to do business on a daily basis.
Now that we're beginning to see the economy open up again, where does that leave us as it relates to doing business on a day-to-day? On this episode of Loan Officer Freedom, the #1 podcast for loan officers, Scott Hudspeth and I are sharing why you'll want to embrace virtual meetings as your new normal. We'll talk about:
- Why virtual meetings are so effective
- How convenient it is to get agents on a virtual meeting with you
- What platforms we're using
- What scripts we're using to get 300+ agents on a zoom meeting
To get the scripts we discuss set up your call at LoanOfficerStrategyCall.com

| 0:00.0 | Hello, everybody. This is Carl White, broadcasting from the secret headquarters here in the Mortgage Marketing Animal Slash Freedom Club. And you are listening to the number one podcast in the world today for loan officers, loan officer freedom. And I am joined this week by a very dear friend of mine, one of my partners, |
| 0:23.0 | who I've known for a very long time. And man, we've done a lot of cool stuff together. |
| 0:28.3 | Mr. Scott, Hutzpeth, the man of action himself. How you doing, brother? I'm doing great, |
| 0:34.4 | man. Thanks for having me on your podcast again. I'm super excited. And the man, the day we met, I was someplace in Arizona, free county or something like that. |
| 0:42.9 | like pretty cool. I talk about that time and it was definitely a life-changing moment for me. |
| 0:47.0 | It's sitting at that lunch table. I don't know if you remember how we actually met, but we said in a lunch table, man. It was pretty cool. Pretty cool. |
| 0:49.4 | Yeah. It was a good day for me. It was a good day for both of us, brother. I can tell you that. So, so what we're going to talk about, you're listening to the right episode. If you want to hear about how we are setting up Zoom meetings with real estate agents. And Scottie's the one that actually came up with this one. And so let's talk |
| 0:53.5 | about a little bit. So before we, so we're going to get everybody in the scripts to how we make it |
| 1:12.7 | happen. But how are you seeing, let's talk about results first. Okay. How are, how's the results of |
| 1:17.1 | the Zoom meetings? Like, you know, we, we, we were doing the |
| 1:25.2 | face-to-face very effectively, and then we switched over the Zoom during the lockdown. |
| 1:27.8 | Yeah. Have you noticed any difference in the results? Actually, I'm seeing better results, |
| 1:33.2 | Carl, on the virtual meetings. I mean, like a, like, it's night and day. Like, |
| 1:40.2 | like agents are stuck at home. Some states, they legally can't show homes. And if there's a |
| 1:44.9 | vacant home, they like, it's stuck. So they're having to do things differently. And this is just |
| 1:51.1 | amazing platform. I guess the whole, the whole point of this podcast is to, instead of |
| 1:55.8 | try to get is try to give help to those in need. |
| 2:00.7 | And agents are kind of stuck right now. |
| 2:03.9 | They're trying to find ways to communicate, engage, interact with their past database, with potential clients, with current clients, with Facebook people. |
| 2:06.3 | And so I just thought how to, what better way to do this than to teach people how to teach their agents a new way? |
| 2:13.4 | Even teachers in schools are having to learn new ways to teach students virtually. |
| 2:21.9 | So it's just crazy times. |
