man. Thanks for having me on your podcast again. I'm super excited. And the man, the day we met, I was someplace in Arizona, free county or something like that.

like pretty cool. I talk about that time and it was definitely a life-changing moment for me.

It's sitting at that lunch table. I don't know if you remember how we actually met, but we said in a lunch table, man. It was pretty cool. Pretty cool.

Yeah. It was a good day for me. It was a good day for both of us, brother. I can tell you that. So, so what we're going to talk about, you're listening to the right episode. If you want to hear about how we are setting up Zoom meetings with real estate agents. And Scottie's the one that actually came up with this one. And so let's talk

about a little bit. So before we, so we're going to get everybody in the scripts to how we make it

happen. But how are you seeing, let's talk about results first. Okay. How are, how's the results of

the Zoom meetings? Like, you know, we, we, we were doing the

face-to-face very effectively, and then we switched over the Zoom during the lockdown.

Yeah. Have you noticed any difference in the results? Actually, I'm seeing better results,

Carl, on the virtual meetings. I mean, like a, like, it's night and day. Like,

like agents are stuck at home. Some states, they legally can't show homes. And if there's a

vacant home, they like, it's stuck. So they're having to do things differently. And this is just

amazing platform. I guess the whole, the whole point of this podcast is to, instead of

try to get is try to give help to those in need.

And agents are kind of stuck right now.

They're trying to find ways to communicate, engage, interact with their past database, with potential clients, with current clients, with Facebook people.

And so I just thought how to, what better way to do this than to teach people how to teach their agents a new way?

Even teachers in schools are having to learn new ways to teach students virtually.

So it's just crazy times.
