that has been circulating my brain, my mind, the last couple days, my morning runs. As many of you

know, my morning runs are filled with silence, solitude and a lot of deep thinking. And that's

why I love running. And what typically pops in my head during these morning runs is

facilitated. It is, it is born, is triggered by things I'm experiencing in my life or that I'm

seeing in person observing online on social media like in the world as a whole. And this

concept has has been circulating my brain the last couple days. If I'm being honest, it's been

circulating my my mind the last 10 plus years to be honest. Like this is one of my true foundational

values that I hold near and dear. And it's one of my strengths. It is one of my strengths that I

try to teach my team. I try to implement into my family and my circle, my peers. It is holding

a standard. And the question you have to ask yourself is, in life, are you thriving or are you

just surviving? There's a big difference going through life and just surviving, just getting by,

just doing the bare minimum, just living. I mean, just to live and survive, you make a little bit

of money. You probably have to have some sort of human interaction in your life. You have to put
