Hi guys, it's Rachel and this is a quick word on healthy living.

I saw this on social media recently and it was such a good idea that I have to share

with you.

You know those accounts that are like, or maybe you don't, but there are all these

accounts that are devoted to being nonchbranore or pushing yourself or goals or challenges

and they are predominantly aimed at bro culture.

But I'll admit there are a few of them that I follow because I really dig the ideas or

the quotes or whatever.

Sometimes it gets to be a little too much, but for the most part I feel like I get a

kick in the pants or a bit of wisdom from these bros.

And when I saw recently and have since seen lots of other places was essentially what

diet and nutrition actually do for our bodies.

And what I loved about this little meme is that it is so different than what I grew up

believing or what magazines taught me or I think even today culturally what we understand

about diet and exercise.

So it said three things.

You do one thing for your muscles.

You do another thing for your mental health.

When you do a third, if you actually want to change the way your body looks.

And it's not what you think.

look, a certain way my body was supposed to function, how I was supposed to dress,
