| 0:57.6 | diet and nutrition actually do for our bodies. |
| 1:03.3 | And what I loved about this little meme is that it is so different than what I grew up |
| 1:09.1 | believing or what magazines taught me or I think even today culturally what we understand |

| 1:23.4 | You do another thing for your mental health. |
| 1:25.9 | When you do a third, if you actually want to change the way your body looks. |

| 1:33.8 | I grew up being sold a certain aesthetic, a certain way that my body was supposed to |
| 1:40.1 | look, a certain way my body was supposed to function, how I was supposed to dress, |
