0:04.8	Okay, so what I'm focusing on for this week, for this day, is the fact that it is a full

0:15.0	Now, I know, I know, I talk about full moon a lot because I love the idea of a lunar cycle.
0:22.0	I love the idea of taking time out every single month to unpack and ask your self-great
0:27.5	questions and do some journaling and it just so happens that my friends and I choose
0:32.2	the full moon to do that on.

0:45.5	The point of today's episode is the theme for this month's full moon.
