As a leader, you know, as owners of the company, we have to train the managers to recognize

the difference between that.

And in my opinion, that would be us evaluating things, taking an outside look, jumping in,

taking an inside look when we need to, and making a lot of notes, and then sitting down for a few hours with a cup of

coffee or a beer, whatever, and going through it, and I've done this plenty of times.

I like to find a different environment sometimes when I'm doing this kind of stuff like

at a poolside at a hotel and a cabana or whatever, just where I'm relaxed, just not even

at the office sometimes, and you go through and looking like, okay, what are we doing wrong here? Go through all the steps in that process
